The Broadside is able to accommodate guests for 20 – 2000 in our 14,000 square feet of venue. We are the perfect space for your private party, corporate event, wedding, premiere, and so much more.
We offer three areas for private events: Main Yard/Stage, The Pavilion, and The Bar Room, our indoor bar/restaurant .

Pavilion
The pavilion is a flexible room located at the front of the property on the left side as you enter. This 1800 sq. foot space can accommodate 225 people standing, 130 in rowed seats, or approximately 75 seated at tables. The room has a 14×16 stage with projection screen and large TV, plus full PA system. The pavilion is great for wedding and holiday parties, non-profit gatherings, and any other event you can dream up.

Main Yard
The main yard/main stage is where all began! The stage was the first thing built on the site, and it has been used to host a million events ever since. Whether you are looking for a product launch, wedding, film screening, or just a private party with live music, the main yard could be a great fit for you. The yard has 10 picnic tables, roughly 30 chairs, three covered cabanas and a pergola, in addition to its own bar open during all outdoor events. Full lighting and sound package available upon request.
Bar / Restaurant
The newest addition to the Broadside campus is our new indoor bar and kitchen. This fully stocked bar is available for private rental only when the full site is rented. The kitchen is open whenever the bar is open. You do not need a ticket to enter the bar, just come on in!
Daytime Events
The Broadside is a flexible space! We can host your child’s birthday party, school function, bar/bat mitzvah, repast and so much more. Instead of meeting at the park, with no restrooms or guaranteed space, have your event with us. Outside food and drinks for kids are allowed.
